Products purchased online can be returned in accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of 2014. The consumer has the right to notify the seller in writing of their withdrawal from the purchase, without penalties and without providing a reason, within 14 days from the date of physical receipt of the product, or in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (including all accessories). Return shipping costs will be borne according to the law.

The 14-day withdrawal period applies only to products delivered via courier.

For products customized according to the customer’s requests, the right of return is null and void.

The return policy, according to Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of 2014, applies only to sales made to individual consumers, not to legal entities (companies).

If a product is returned in a condition that no longer allows it to be sold as new, we reserve the right to request a fee to restore it to its original state (if possible), or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand, or, at the customer’s option, we can resend the product at their expense.

This clause applies in accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of 2014, regarding the purchase of products from this website using distance communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in Article 2 of Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of 2014.
