  1. If you are a customer of the website, lazarciucarmin.ro will process your personal data such as:

Requests for full data deletion are processed separately, and deletion of an account with active orders occurs only after the orders are completed.

You can purchase products from the website www.lazarciucarmin.ro using the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    The cost of the products and services ordered can be paid to the courier upon delivery at the address you specify.

  • Through the payment processor Netopia Payments

Shipping

Delivery of our products is carried out through one of our partner couriers, ecolet.ro, to any location in Romania.

The delivery time is 1–10 days from placing the order.

The shipping cost is 26 RON.

Free shipping is offered for orders exceeding 1000 RON.

How to buy

You can purchase products from our store online, by phone, or via email.

1. Online Order

The product you wish to order can be found either by using the menu at the top of the page containing the product categories, or by using the search field. Once you click “Add to Cart”, the product will be automatically added to your shopping cart.

After adding all the products you wish to purchase to your cart, complete the checkout process by clicking the “Submit Order” button and proceeding through the order page. On the order page, you will need to fill in the following:

  • Order details: Full Name, Complete Address (County, City, Street, Number, Staircase, Building, Floor, Apartment).

Using your username and password, you can log in to view your order history, check the status of current orders, modify/delete your profile, or place future orders without re-entering your contact information.

2. Phone Order

3. Email Order

You can send your order via email to: office@lazarciucarmin.ro

  • Order details: Full Name, Complete Address (County, City, Street, Number, Staircase, Building, Floor, Apartment).

  • Specify the desired products: Product Name, Product Code, or Product Link.

Return Policy

Products purchased online can be returned in accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of 2014. The consumer has the right to notify the seller in writing of their withdrawal from the purchase, without penalties and without providing a reason, within 14 days from the date of physical receipt of the product, or in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (including all accessories). Return shipping costs will be borne according to the law.

The 14-day withdrawal period applies only to products delivered via courier.

For products customized according to the customer’s requests, the right of return is null and void.

The return policy, according to Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of 2014, applies only to sales made to individual consumers, not to legal entities (companies).

If a product is returned in a condition that no longer allows it to be sold as new, we reserve the right to request a fee to restore it to its original state (if possible), or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand, or, at the customer’s option, we can resend the product at their expense.

This clause applies in accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of 2014, regarding the purchase of products from this website using distance communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in Article 2 of Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of 2014.
